About Me
I’ve been helping clients prepare for high stakes communication for more than 15 years. I have worked with executives at Dell, Motorola, Centria, and 3M, among others. As a coach and workshop leader I facilitate collaboration and innovation, resolve conflicts, break through barriers to communication, and unleash unrealized creative potential.
In addition to working with a wide variety of professional clients and executives from around the world, I have taught MBA students in the McCombs Leadership Program within the Graduate School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and the Walton College of Business at The University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
I received my Masters in Theatre and Communications from BC-CUNY, and my experience as a director/theater artist at some of the top theatres in the country (The Lincoln Center, The Public Theatre, The Kennedy Center et al) in addition to my years as a corporate communications coach, combine to make me uniquely qualified to interpret information and data, transform it into compelling storytelling, and communicate that story to an audience for highest impact.
These skills, combined with my mindfulness training and certificate in Positive Intelligence allow me to: use evidence-based tools to transform clients’ anxiety into excitement, to help leaders and entrepreneurs tell their story in the most compelling way possible, and ultimately to facilitate individuals and teams to confidently communicate, collaborate, innovate, and activate their best ideas.
